Role Purpose
Lead the retail banking assets portfolio (Personal Loans, Auto Loans, Mortgages) with full accountability for
product development, end-to-end launches, P&L management, retention strategies, and portfolio optimization

to deliver fast, paperless, and customer-centric lending experiences.
Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Product Launches

Conceptualize, design, and deliver new retail asset products and enhancements.

Own business case, pricing, risk alignment, tech build, and go-live execution.

Lead
launch campaigns
across digital and physical channels.

P&L Management
-
Full ownership of revenue, yield, cost, and loss rates for retail assets portfolio.

Monitor and optimize
loan yield
, NIM, and profitability metrics.

Portfolio Management & Retention

Conduct regular
portfolio analytics
: vintages, roll rates, delinquency trends.

Implement retention strategies (top-ups, balance transfers, loyalty programs).

Drive corrective actions based on data insights.

Digital Financing

Build and enhance
digital lending journeys
(eKYC, instant decisioning, STP).

Integrate APIs and fintech partnerships for acquisition and servicing.

Compliance & Risk Alignment

Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and credit policies.

Collaborate with Risk, Tech, Ops, and Marketing for seamless delivery.
Mandatory Expectations

10+ years
in retail banking assets (Personal Loans, Auto Loans, Mortgages).

Proven end-to-end product launch experience
(not just rate changes or rebrands).

Strong
P&L ownership
and portfolio management expertise.
