TheFixitGuys is a trusted general contracting company serving the Greater Toronto Area. We specialize in home renovations, demolitions, and custom home building.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Product Hunter to identify, research, and evaluate trending, profitable, and in-demand products for our business. The role requires strong market research skills, creativity, and a deep understanding of e-commerce and consumer behavior. The Product Hunter will be responsible for finding winning products that align with our business goals and have high sales potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and analyze online marketplaces, social media, and competitor platforms to identify trending products.
• Evaluate product demand, competition, and profitability through market data and analytics tools.
• Present detailed reports with product insights, including target audience, estimated sales potential, and supplier details.
• Coordinate with the sourcing/procurement team to verify supplier reliability and product quality.
• Keep track of seasonal and emerging trends to recommend new product opportunities.
• Work closely with the marketing and sales team to align product choices with campaign strategies.

Requirements:

• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, eBay, Shopify, etc.).
• Familiarity with product research tools (e.g., Jungle Scout, Helium 10, Dropship Spy, etc.).
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Previous experience in product research, e-commerce, or business development is a plus.
