Product Management Officer

Job Purpose:

Manage and Control AXA Egypt products/propositions governance and time to market across the three lines of business and to contribute to the development, launch, and management of innovative products and propositions within AXA Egypt, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

• Outline new concepts and assess their impact on regulation, operations, and system outcomes.
• Consolidate Scope Document signoffs.
• Undergo the PAP approval process and secure local and regulatory approvals.
• Develop end-to-end delivery plans with clear milestones and activities.
• Understand customer needs and how products/propositions deliver value.
• Collaborate with marketing for product differentiation.
• Validate pre-set customer gains with the governance committee.
• Update assigned product documentation within the centralized repository.

Job Specifications

Education / Certifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business (Product development certification is a plus).
• 1-3 years of experience in a related field.
• Knowledge of insurance products & processes is a plus
