If you are ready to be a part of this atmosphere, you’ll be responsible of;

• Attending the due diligence regarding the funds of international financial institutions such as COSME EIF, EBRD, IFC that aim for granting loans to a certain sector or a customer group, determining the criteria of loan agreement process in line with the targets of the business lines, studying the pricing, tracking credit utilization, making necessary reporting.
• Executing partnership programs with leading companies in several sectors by designing loan disbursement processes, carrying out marketing activities in all digital channels
• Running all the processes regarding the Credit Guarantee Fund (CGF).
• Monitoring and reporting loan products withing the scope of partnerships on a daily, weekly and monthly basis for each fund and for each business lines separately.
• Determining the reformative fields regarding the processes of loan products, designing them and managing the IT projects.
• Replying the questions on the loan products received from Head Office or Regional Sales teams and taking actions to increase the knowledge of on-site teams
• Conducting audits of our business processes with financial institutions and third-party partners for taking preventive actions or rearrangement of the processes if needed
• Analyzing the impact of legislations and regulations announced by the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye (CBRT) and the Banking Regulation and Supervision Authority (BRSA) on financial funds and partnership programs, implementing new rules to the current processes and informing the business lines and the sales organizations.

• Having at least Bachelor’s Degree preferably graduated from Business Administration, Economics, Engineering
• At least 1 year experience in Product/Project management, Marketing, Analytics or Business Development
• Military service must be completed for male candidates
• Excellent command of English
• High presentation and strategic analysis skills
