Product Manager

What You'll Do:

1. Responsible for the daily operation of product tool systems, including financial reconciliation, API merchant onboarding, material management, and handling exceptions. 2. Responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting product operation data to provide data support for product optimization.

3. Participate in the formulation and execution of product operation strategies to drive the achievement of product operation goals.

4. Collaborate closely with the technical team to assist in resolving technical issues in product operations.

5. Participate in optimizing product user experience to enhance user satisfaction.

What We Need From You：

1. Possess strong English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, capable of cross-border collaboration and communication; basic Arabic proficiency is preferred.

2. Demonstrate strong logical thinking skills, initiative, and a keen curiosity and learning ability

3. Exhibit excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to effectively communicate and coordinate with different departments and partners.

4. Prior consideration will be given to candidates with local work experience.
