About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and innovative Product Manager to contribute to the development, management, and optimization of our fragrance portfolio. This role involves market analysis, product innovation, quality assurance, and cross-departmental coordination to ensure our products meet strategic objectives and delight customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Analysis & Trends

• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and track industry trends.
• Monitor competitor performance to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

Product Development & Management

• Lead or support the development of new fragrance formulations and enhance existing products.
• Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch and monitor post-launch performance.

Quality Assurance & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with the Quality team to ensure compliance with the highest standards.
• Coordinate with Production, Marketing, and Sales to ensure effective execution of product strategies.

Reporting & Analysis

• Collect and analyze product performance data (sales, profitability, customer feedback).
• Prepare regular reports with recommendations to strengthen product positioning.

Administrative & Organizational Tasks

• Track budgets related to product development and marketing.
• Manage daily product-related operations and maintain updated documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.

• Excellent Arabic and good English proficiency.
