Responsibilities

Develop user personas, user stories, interaction flows, and sitemaps/navigations for the product in hand

Work with designers and engineers to develop a wireframe/prototype that is clear and actionable

Decide on a set of product features and write specifications/PRDs for a product with great detail to document functional and aesthetic aspects of what needs to be built.

Create wireframes of the intended user experience to guide tech teams to comprehend user experience

Ability to analyze click flows and generate insights on user behavior patterns from data.

Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and quality assurance on building the “right product” by explaining specifications, guiding user experience, reviewing deliverables, and conveying an exciting vision.

Create meaningful experiments to test out hypotheses, execute them, and share findings along with recommended actions

Supporting Customer Support, Sales Enablement, and Product Marketing in the development of feature descriptions and new release content

Suggest product enhancements to improve user experience

Performing validation testing of production releases, bug fixes, and feature requests.
Skills And Requirements

3 to 5 years of experience in Product management is required

Ability to gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps, and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience, and drive growth

Knowledge of databases and a good understanding of software development

Comfortable working in a technical environment & can handle technical conversations with software engineers as well as understand the experience from a user's perspective

Comfort with creating user stories (or applying the JTBD framework) and managing a backlog with tools like Slack, Jira, and Asana

Knowledge of Agile project management methodologies like SCRUM or Kanban

PLUS: wireframing and prototyping experience using a mainstream tool like Figma, Sketch, or other equivalents

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to empathize with consumers

Excellent verbal communication skills in English with an ability to motivate teams and act as a product evangelist
