We're hiring for a Product Manager (Karachi - Onsite)
The Product Manager will report to the Head of Product & Tech in Pakistan, and they will lead high-impact initiatives across our ecosystem. They will own the end-to-end product lifecycle - from discovery and strategy to delivery and growth. They will act as the bridge between business objectives, user needs, and technical execution, ensuring products drive measurable value. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, execution excellence, and leadership. They will manage a squad of engineers and designers, collaborate with operations and sales, and align product vision with company goals.
What you will be doing:
- Leading the product vision and roadmap, ensuring a seamless strategic journey.
- Exploring customer pain points, identifying opportunities, and introducing ideas that enhance growth and satisfaction.
- Advocating for the product across teams, fostering alignment and enthusiasm.
- Transforming strategy into engaging user stories, specifications, and prototypes that drive innovation.
- Keeping a sharp focus on priorities, ensuring efforts are directed toward high-impact initiatives.
- Collaborating closely with tech, marketing, and sales, creating solutions with speed and efficiency.
- Monitoring, refining, and optimizing strategies to enhance user engagement and retention.
- Conducting A/B tests, analyzing results, and continuously refining experiences.
- Representing the product both internally and externally, strengthening its presence and influence.
What we are looking for:
- 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in digital or app environments.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA or product-focused certifications are a plus).
- Good grasp of UX principles and interface design
- Experience working across the full product lifecycle
- Exposure to growth strategies, SEO, and content-led products
- Basic technical understanding—you can talk the talk with devs
- Clear, concise communicator who thrives in cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented and data-savvy
- Excellent English writing and speaking skills.
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience owning or co-owning digital products end-to-end.
- Proven exposure to growth-driven products, experimentation, and data-informed decision-making.
- Experience working closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams
