Production Officer

Full Job Description: We are looking for a responsible and organized Production Officer to manage and supervise daily production operations. The candidate will ensure that production processes run smoothly, efficiently, and meet the company’s quality standards.

JD for Production Officer:

Production Planning & Execution: Schedule and oversee daily production batches.

Process Monitoring: Monitor CCPs and other parameters and ensure corrective actions when deviations occur.

Quality & Food Safety Compliance: Enforce GMP, hygiene, and coordinate with QA/QC for sampling and in‑process checks.

Documentation & Records: Maintain batch production records, cleaning logs, and calibration records.

Coordination & Communication: Liaise with QA/QC, R&D, and maintenance teams to resolve issues.

Training: Train operators on SOPs, hygiene practices, and safety protocols.

Continuous Improvement: Suggest process optimizations to improve yield, reduce waste, and enhance efficiency.

Qualification:

1. BE Food Engineering/BS Food Science

2. Knowledge of ISO 22000: 2018, GMP, HACCP, and regulatory standards.
