Product Manager

Job Title: Product Manager – Healthcare Software (Onsite - Lahore)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our healthcare software products. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital health, telemedicine, or healthcare IT, and will be responsible for defining product strategy, driving execution, and delivering solutions that improve patient outcomes and provider efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute product roadmap aligned with business goals
• Identify market opportunities in healthcare for our products
• Translate clinical and business needs into product features
• Work closely with: Clinicians (doctors, nurses), Engineering teams, Design/UX teams, Sales & operations
• Gather and prioritize requirements from internal and external stakeholders
• Write clear PRDs (Product Requirement Documents)
• Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows
• Collaborate with engineering for timely delivery
• Analyse product performance using Customers’ feedback
• Use data to drive product decisions
• Ensure product aligns with Clinical workflows and Regulations like HIPAA
• Work on market driven feature enhancements and AI-based clinical insights
• Plan product releases and go-to-market strategies
• Work with marketing and sales teams
• Gather user feedback and iterate

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of product management principles
• Experience in healthcare software / digital health
• Knowledge of EHR systems and Telehealth / RPM workflows
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving
• Exposure to AI/ML in healthcare (nice to have)

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, Business, Healthcare, or related field
• 3–6 years of product management experience
• Experience in healthcare or health-tech
