Product Manager - FinTech

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Fintech Product Manager to lead the design, development, and launch of innovative financial products across the MENA/GCC region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in fintech, digital banking, or payments , with the ability to take products from concept to market at scale . This role demands a balance of strategic vision, technical fluency, regulatory expertise, and customer obsession . You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver products that are compliant, user-focused, and commercially impactful .

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years in fintech, digital banking, payments, or financial services.
• Proven track record of launching and scaling B2C or B2B financial products from 0 to 1.
• Experience in fast-paced startup environments, preferably in venture studios or early-stage companies.
• Strong understanding of MENA/GCC markets and regional user behaviors in financial services.
• Proficiency with agile development methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence, Figma, etc.).
• Ability to collaborate with technical teams and understand API integrations, payment systems, and financial infrastructure.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance in financial services (KYC, AML, PSD2, or regional equivalents).
• Strong analytical background with experience in data analysis, A/B testing, and product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Fluency in English; Arabic strongly preferred
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in venture studios or managing multiple products simultaneously.
• Track record of building products that achieved significant scale (100K+ users or $10M+ transaction volume).
• Exposure to AI/ML applications in financial services.
• Product management certifications (CSPO, CPM, or equivalent).
• Experience launching products in multiple GCC markets.
• Background in management consulting or investment banking.
• MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field.
• Strong professional network within the MENA fintech ecosystem.
• Knowledge of open banking, BaaS (Banking-as-a-Service), or API-first products.
• Understanding of Islamic finance principles and Shariah-compliant product development
