Job Purpose

Coordinate the planning, development, introduction, and oversight of product programs for Transaction Banking, including Trade Finance and Cash Management, aligning with the broader GTB strategy.

Contribute to the business case development for investments in digital and traditional product programs, following the direction set by the GTB leadership.

Craft and execute commercialization tactics and promotional activities to increase product visibility and support the team in meeting revenue goals.

Facilitate the RFP process and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to select the best vendors/suppliers for TB solutions that align with the GTB product strategy.

Engage with corporate clients to deliver tailored solutions that enhance the value proposition, leading to a competitive edge and revenue growth for the department.

Update and refine GTB’s product policies and offerings to maintain compliance with risk management and regulatory standards.
Key Tasks and Duties

Develop and modify transaction banking products, focusing on service delivery and channel optimization.

Introduce innovative solutions to attract liquidity, build trade assets, enhance customer experience, and simplify channel usage.

Implement strategies to increase adoption of web-based services and improve digital experience.

Stay informed about market insights and developments, aligning our approach accordingly.

Review, enhance, and create policies and procedures related to transaction banking products and services.

Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain professional service standards and achieve targets.

Lead in financial system integration for clients on B2B implementation.

Ensure financial benefits from channel enhancements are realized.

Continuously improve product functionality through cross-functional coordination.

Maintain high customer contact, gather feedback, and enhance digital product offerings.

Lead complex trade implementations involving multiple products and services.
-
Provide product training for staff and business units.
-
Adhere to compliance processes and budget constraints.
-
Conduct competitor analysis and provide feedback on customer needs and improvements.

Foster partnerships and ecosystems to provide new capabilities and services that address evolving client needs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
Experience:
3–5 years of banking experience in Transaction Banking product development.
Skills required include:

Assist in launching and monitoring Global Transaction Banking products.

Knowledge of corporate banking products and functions.
