About Healthcare Evolutions Medical Group

Healthcare Evolutions Medical Group operates 7+ GP clinics and an aesthetic skin clinic across Australia. We're building a proprietary AI-integrated healthcare platform to streamline operations, patient management, and clinical workflows across our practice network.

The Role

We need an experienced Product Manager to lead the development of our healthcare technology platform from concept to launch. You'll work with a team of AI/ML engineers and developers to build interconnected patient-facing and practice management solutions.

This is a ground-up build requiring someone who can transform strategic vision into executable product roadmaps, manage complex healthcare integrations, and navigate compliance requirements.

What You'll Do

● Transform high-level product vision into prioritized, executable roadmaps with clear milestones

● Write detailed user stories, PRDs, and technical requirements for engineering team

● Lead sprint planning and daily standups with AI/ML engineers

● Manage integrations with Australian healthcare systems

• Team Building

● Design clinical governance policies (consent management, audit trails, data privacy)

● Coordinate with healthcare compliance advisors and clinical stakeholders

● Define success metrics and monitor product performance post-launch

● Make critical trade-off decisions balancing scope, timeline, quality, and compliance

● Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate progress to executive leadership

Required QualificationsEssential:

3-6 years of product management experience with at least 2 years on complex B2B SaaS products

Proven track record of successful product launches:

● Must have taken at least 2-3 products from concept to market launch

● Demonstrate measurable results: user adoption, revenue growth, or operational impact

● Experience managing full product lifecycle (discovery → development → launch → iteration)

● Portfolio/case studies showing real-world product outcomes

Technical competency:

● Can read and understand code (Python, JavaScript preferred)

● Experience with API design, database architecture, and system integrations

● Comfortable with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)

● Strong technical documentation skills

Healthcare or regulated industry experience:

● Prior work on healthcare tech, fintech, or other compliance-heavy products

● Understanding of data privacy regulations (HIPAA, GDPR, or similar)

● Experience designing workflows for regulated environments

Enterprise software background:

● Multi-tenant SaaS or CRM/ERP product experience

● B2B product lifecycle management

● Experience with products requiring multiple third-party integrations

Core PM skills:

● Excellent written communication (PRDs, technical specs, stakeholder memos)

● Strong prioritization frameworks (RICE, MoSCoW, etc.)

● Stakeholder management and ability to manage up to executives

● Agile/Scrum methodologies

● Data-driven decision making

AI/ML product experience - Shipped AI-powered features, understand ML limitations

Healthcare SaaS - EMR/EHR, telehealth, patient portals, or practice management systems

Go-to-market experience - Led product launches with marketing/sales teams
