Product Manager - Marketing

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic product manager to drive our agri-inputs product portfolio, from strategy to launch and beyond. You will be at the heart of our marketing efforts—shaping product roadmaps, leading campaigns, and working closely with field teams to deliver impactful results across Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute product strategies and annual plans
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Lead end-to-end new product launches
• Train and support sales teams and dealers
• Manage marketing budgets and track ROI

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, Marketing, or Agriculture
• 2–4 years in marketing, preferably agri-inputs, crop protection, or related field
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to collaborate across sales, supply chain, and regulatory teams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs110,000.00 - Rs125,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Karachi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Master's (Preferred)

Experience:

• marketing or product development: 2 years (Preferred)

Location:

• Karachi (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
