Position: Product Manager – Medical Devices
Location: DHA Phase 7, Karachi
Salary Range: PKR 200,000 – 250,000

About the Role
We are seeking a Product Manager – Medical Devices to lead strategic planning, brand development, and market execution for our medical device portfolio. The ideal candidate will drive product growth, strengthen brand positioning, and work cross-functionally to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic marketing and launch plans for the device portfolio.
• Manage the complete product lifecycle — from concept and development to performance evaluation.
• Collaborate with R&D, regulatory, sales, trade marketing, and digital teams to ensure flawless execution.
• Build strong relationships with gynecologists, distributors, and other healthcare stakeholders.
• Develop product literature, promotional tools, and training materials for field teams.
• Plan and execute CME programs, symposiums, and speaker sessions for healthcare professionals.
• Manage product budgets and forecasts, ensuring ROI-focused marketing initiatives.
• Conduct joint field visits to analyze market dynamics and evaluate product performance.

Requirements

• Qualification: Pharm-D / MBBS with an MBA in Marketing.
• Experience: 4–5 years in product or brand management, preferably with IUDs or similar medical devices.
• Skills: Strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, vendor & project management, financial acumen.
• Strong communication, presentation, and medical knowledge are essential.
