Product Manager – SaaS / EdTech

Role Overview
As a Product Manager, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for our learning platform and digital products. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, content, and marketing teams to deliver impactful features that enhance learner engagement, retention, and satisfaction.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves transforming ideas into meaningful learning experiences that reach thousands of learners worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Define, design, launch, and measure new features to drive profitability, product discovery, and user engagement.
• Develop and execute the long-term product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Partner with engineering, design, content, and marketing to ensure timely delivery of product milestones.
• Define and track key success metrics; use data-driven insights to iterate and improve performance.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and inform strategic direction.
• Prioritize initiatives, manage trade-offs, and ensure alignment across teams and stakeholders.
• Advocate for the learner experience — ensure every product decision enhances usability, accessibility, and value.
• Contribute to go-to-market strategies and collaborate with leadership on pricing, positioning, and scaling decisions.
• Operate with autonomy to deliver measurable impact while maintaining transparency with stakeholders.

About You
You are a strategic, analytical, and creative problem solver who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments. You’re comfortable making data-driven decisions, working cross-functionally, and managing the entire product lifecycle—from idea to execution.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of Product Management experience in a tech, SaaS, or EdTech environment.
• Experience defining and executing product vision, leading design discussions, and driving go-to-market strategies.
• Strong familiarity with design thinking principles and a deep understanding of user-centered product design.
• Proven success in delivering technology products that meet business goals and delight users.
• Ability to analyze complex data, validate assumptions, and use metrics to guide decisions.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with a knack for prioritizing what truly drives impact.
• Technical fluency — able to discuss architecture, timelines, and trade-offs with engineers.
• A passion for learning, innovation, and education technology.

Nice to Have:

• Experience building or scaling Learning Management Systems (LMS) or online education platforms.
• Knowledge of AI-based learning solutions, adaptive learning, or personalized education tools.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) or data-driven product analytics.
