Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Institutional Sales Manager to lead and expand institutional sales within hospitals, healthcare chains, and government institutions. The role requires deep experience in medical device sales, tender management, and institutional business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop relationships with hospitals, government, and healthcare institutions.
  • Manage sales pipelines, tenders, quotations, and contracts.
  • Achieve sales targets by promoting company products and building long-term client partnerships.
  • Coordinate with regulatory, supply chain, and marketing teams for smooth order execution.
  • Maintain strong after-sales relationships to ensure repeat business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, Biomedical Engineering, or Pharmacy).
  • 5+ years of institutional or B2B sales experience in the medical devices or pharmaceutical sector.
  • Strong understanding of DRAP compliance, tendering processes, and hospital procurement.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
