Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the product roadmap for UPS systems, aligned with company goals and market demands.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify customer needs and opportunities for differentiation.
  • Define product specifications and features in collaboration with R&D and engineering teams.
  • Make client presentations that promote price value advantage
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base and increase market share.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and technical support to ensure successful product launches and positioning.
  • Provide technical and commercial training to internal teams and partners.
  • Analyze product performance and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and certifications.
  • Collaborate with supply chain to optimize cost, quality, and delivery timelines.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure profitable deals.
  •  Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective account management and after-sales support.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (7+ years) in product management, preferably in UPS systems or power electronics.
  • Strong technical knowledge of UPS systems, power distribution, and electrical infrastructure.
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to travel as needed for customer visits, trade shows, and supplier meetings.
