About the Role:

JS Bank is looking for a dynamic Product Manager – Wealth to manage all wealth management products, including Bancassurance and Mutual Funds , ensuring smooth operations and compliance with SECP and SBP regulations . The role involves driving product initiatives, analyzing market trends, implementing sales strategies, and supporting the bank’s wealth management growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth product and process management with sales campaigns and trainings.
• Develop incentive campaigns and provide operational support to achieve targets.
• Drive Bancassurance and Mutual Funds sales initiatives aligned with budgets.
• Monitor wealth operations , ensuring compliance and timely issuance.
• Conduct research & development for new wealth management products.
• Analyze MIS reports and complaints to improve processes and service standards .
• Maintain persistency levels of Bancassurance products .
• Manage internal and external audits .
• Investigate and respond to customer complaints ; highlight recurring issues.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to design branch marketing collateral.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s in Finance, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• Knowledge of wealth management, Bancassurance, and Mutual Funds
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with SECP and SBP regulations
