Product Manager/PPC

We are seeking a strategic and analytical Product Manager with a strong background in managing products with a focus on Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising, particularly within Google Ads and TROAS (Target Return on Ad Spend). This role requires an individual who can bridge the gap between product development and marketing, optimizing ad campaigns to ensure our products achieve strong returns and market reach.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy and Roadmap Development

Define and execute the product roadmap in alignment with the company's vision and market demands.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and areas of growth.

PPC Campaign Management

Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive product visibility and sales.

Analyze PPC campaign data to adjust strategies, increase click-through rates, and reduce cost per acquisition.

Utilize TROAS metrics to continuously improve ad performance, ensuring an optimal return on ad spend.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Collaborate with development, design, and marketing teams to ensure product updates align with PPC and SEO strategies.

Coordinate with PPC specialists and digital marketing teams to leverage insights for improved ad targeting and audience segmentation.

Performance Monitoring and Analysis

Monitor key performance metrics and use data to guide decision-making and product adjustments.

Generate insights from analytics to continuously improve campaign performance and product features.

Report on PPC effectiveness and product performance, making recommendations for future growth and optimization.

Customer Insights and Feedback

Gather user feedback to refine the product and ensure it meets customer expectations.

Use customer data and feedback loops to prioritize product updates and feature requests.

Budget Management and Allocation

Oversee and allocate PPC budget efficiently across campaigns to maximize product exposure within allocated spend.

Provide financial projections and ensure all product management decisions align with ROI targets.

Requirements

Experience: Proven experience in product management with a focus on digital advertising, PPC campaigns, and Google Ads.

Knowledge of TROAS: Expertise in optimizing for target return on ad spend (TROAS) and other performance metrics.

Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis skills with experience in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other PPC management tools.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate strategy and goals to cross-functional teams.

Technical Skills: Familiarity with web analytics, A/B testing, and campaign optimization tools.

Preferred Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Tools: Proficiency in Excel and Google Analytics; knowledge of additional performance marketing tools is a plus.
