Product Manager - Cardio Segment

Will be responsible for brand strategy, lifecycle management, and marketing execution for assigned cardiovascular brands, working closely with Sales, Medical, and Supply Chain to achieve sales and profit objectives.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute annual brand plans for cardiovascular products, including positioning, segmentation, messaging, and promotional mix.
  • Analyze IQVIA/market data, competitor activity, and prescription trends to identify growth opportunities and recommend corrective actions.
  • Plan and implement new product and line extension launches in the cardio segment, including launch plans, training, and post‑launch tracking.
  • Design and develop marketing materials (detail aids, leave‑behinds, digital content, CMEs, campaigns) in collaboration with medical and creative teams.
  • Work closely with the field force to drive in‑clinic execution, conduct cycle meetings, and organize training/coaching on product knowledge and brand strategy.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (cardiologists etc) and support scientific events, CMEs, and conferences.
  • Ensure all promotional activities comply with regulatory, ethical, and company guidelines.
  • Monitor brand performance KPIs (sales, share, profitability, ROI of campaigns) and prepare regular performance reviews and management presentations.

Qualifications and experience

  • Pharm‑D / MBBS / M.Sc. (Life Sciences) or equivalent; MBA (Marketing) will be an added advantage.
  • 3–5 years of pharma product management experience; minimum 2 years specifically in cardiovascular or related therapeutic areas preferred.
  • Strong understanding of cardiovascular disease area, treatment guidelines, and competitive landscape.
  • Proven track record of successful brand planning, campaign development, and product launches in pharmaceuticals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills, with proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work cross‑functionally with Sales, Medical, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Finance teams.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
