Job summary
As a Product Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the go-to-market strategy for Beko’s home appliances portfolio. You will act as the key bridge between product, marketing, sales, and regional teams—ensuring products are positioned effectively, launched successfully, and communicated clearly to meet customer needs and business objectives.
This role combines strategic thinking, market insight, and cross-functional leadership to drive product success across the full lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities

Define and lead product positioning, value propositions, and messaging across the home appliances portfolio, ensuring alignment with brand and regional strategies.

Lead go-to-market planning and execution for new product launches and portfolio updates, coordinating cross-functionally to ensure timely and impactful delivery.

Translate product features and innovations into clear, compelling communications for customers, trade partners, and internal stakeholders.

Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities and inform positioning and messaging decisions.

Enable sales teams through product training, launch toolkits, presentations, and consistent product storytelling across channels and regions.

Monitor product performance, pricing, margins, and promotional effectiveness, recommending actions to optimize portfolio results and market impact.

Ensure compliance and alignment of all product communications with quality, regulatory, legal, and corporate standards.
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).

7+ years of experience in product marketing, brand management, or a related role—preferably within consumer goods or home appliances.

Strong understanding of B2C markets, especially durable goods.

Proven experience working in multinational, cross-functional environments.

Solid knowledge of go-to-market strategies, product development cycles, and portfolio management.
