Role Summary

We are hiring a Product Marketing Manager with 2+ years of experience to own product messaging, positioning, and go-to-market execution across our digital products and service offerings.

This role is ideal for someone who understands how products are built, how markets behave, and how messaging influences adoption and revenue. You will work closely with product, engineering, design, and business development teams to ensure our offerings are clearly positioned, differentiated, and market-ready.

Key Responsibilities

Product Positioning & Messaging

  • Define and maintain product positioning, value propositions, and core messaging
  • Translate technical features into clear, benefit-driven customer narratives
  • Ensure consistency across website content, landing pages, presentations, and marketing collateral

Go-to-Market (GTM) Execution

  • Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new products, features, and services
  • Support product launches with structured campaigns and internal alignment
  • Collaborate with leadership and product teams to align roadmap communication with market needs

Sales & Growth Enablement

  • Create sales enablement assets (pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, product briefs)
  • Support sales and business development teams with ICP definitions and buyer personas
  • Enable stronger conversion by aligning messaging with real customer pain points

Market & Customer Research

  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify differentiation opportunities
  • Gather and analyze customer insights, feedback, and adoption patterns
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging opportunities in digital products and technology

Analytics & Optimization

  • Track product marketing KPIs such as adoption, engagement, and campaign performance
  • Continuously test and refine messaging based on data and market response

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, or a closely related role
  • Strong understanding of product-led growth (PLG) and digital product ecosystems
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and sales teams
  • Excellent written communication and storytelling skills
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a SaaS company, startup, digital agency, or product-led organization
  • Exposure to MVP launches, early-stage products, or iterative GTM strategies
  • Familiarity with analytics, user research, or conversion optimization
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
