MANAGER COMMERCIAL & MARKETING

  • Business Development: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and potential clients to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Building, maintaining, and expanding strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Sales Strategy & Planning: Developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans tailored to specific market segments (e.g., air freight, sea freight, project cargo).
  • Pricing & Negotiation: Developing pricing strategies, preparing competitive quotations, and negotiating contracts, rates, and terms with both customers and carriers to optimize profitability.
  • Market Analysis: Monitoring industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Marketing & Brand Awareness: Collaborating with marketing teams to develop promotional materials, enhance brand visibility, and represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
  • Operational Coordination: Liaising closely with internal operations, documentation, and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery and smooth execution of shipments.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Tracking sales performance, managing pipelines, and preparing detailed reports and sales forecasts for senior management review.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs65,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
