Job Summary: Product Owner

We are seeking a full-time Product Owner to join our team on-site in the Lahore District. The Product Owner will collaborate with cross-functional teams to oversee product development processes, gather and prioritize user requirements, and act as the key link between stakeholders and the development team. Responsibilities include defining product vision, creating the product roadmap, managing backlogs, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet clients' needs. The Product Owner will also be tasked with facilitating communication and ensuring alignment among stakeholders and project teams.

Responsibilities:

• Understand and communicate the product vision and roadmap
• Align product goals with business strategy and stakeholder expectations
• Continuously refine product goals based on market and customer feedback
• Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog
• Write clear user stories with acceptance criteria
• Ensure backlog items are well-defined and ready for development
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the development team
• Gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements from multiple stakeholder
• Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes effectively
• Work closely with Scrum Master and development team during sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Accept or reject completed work based on defined acceptance criteria
• Ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements
• Qualifications:
• 3+ years of overall professional experience in product management, business analysis, or software delivery
• Strong knowledge of product management principles, including backlog management and product lifecycle.
• Proficiency in stakeholder collaboration, requirements gathering, and communication.
• Experience working in agile environments, with strong skills in sprint planning and delivery.
• Ability to analyze data, create product strategies, and measure performance metrics effectively.
• Technical understanding of software development processes and technologies is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Experience in the medical diagnostics or healthcare sector is highly desirable.

Educational Requirement

• BSC, MS, CS/IT,MBA, Project Management, Bachelors
• Certifications will be added advantage
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent
• SAFe Product Owner / Product Manager certification
• Agile or Product Management certifications
