Job Purpose:

The Product Portfolio Lead is responsible for managing the organization’s product and initiative portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategy, prioritization of investments, and successful delivery of value.

The role ensures that product initiatives are selected, prioritized, and monitored based on business impact, customer value, risk, and resource capacity.

This role acts as the bridge between strategy, business units, technology, and delivery teams, ensuring the right products and initiatives are funded and executed.
Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field (MBA is a plus)

8–12+ years in product, portfolio, PMO, or strategy roles

Experience in digital transformation or product-driven environments

Certifications: PMP / PRINCE2, Agile / Scrum / SAFe, Product management certifications (advantage)

Portfolio & Planning: Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Smartsheet

Reporting & Analytics: Power BI / Tableau, Advanced Excel

Collaboration & Documentation: Confluence, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams
