Product Specialist

Bayan Medical Company is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Product Specialist – Orthopedics to join our growing team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing of orthopedic products and the ability to build long-term relationships with surgeons and healthcare institutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales of orthopedic products across assigned territories.
• Establish and implement sales strategies, objectives, and targets.
• Consistently achieve and exceed annual sales targets through effective planning and sales management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons and hospital procurement teams.
• Deliver professional product presentations and demonstrations to surgeons and medical staff.
• Monitor and analyze competitor activities, market trends, and product developments.
• Identify new sales opportunities and market segments.
• Represent the company at medical conferences, exhibitions, and professional events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Pharmacy, Medical Technology, or related).
• 3–5 years of sales experience in surgical or orthopedic products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in the UAE healthcare market is mandatory.
• Valid UAE Driving License is required.
