Marketcube is a global SaaS platform powering multi-vendor marketplaces and hyperlocal commerce models across the UK, GCC, and Europe. Our technology enables enterprises to launch, scale, and operate digital marketplaces with ease. Our clients include major telecom companies, retailers, and high-growth digital brands.

We are expanding our Karachi team and are looking for a polished, confident Product Specialist with strong communication skills, demo experience, and international exposure.

Job Summary

The Product Specialist will lead the client-facing side of our product, including:

  • delivering high-quality demos,
  • onboarding new clients,
  • training users,
  • and helping enterprises successfully adopt the Marketcube platform.

You will work closely with the COO, Product, Engineering, QA, and Support teams to ensure clients fully understand and gain maximum value from our platform.

This role is perfect for someone who is articulate, organized, and experienced in handling international clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver clear, structured, high-impact product demos to clients in the GCC, UK, and globally.
  • Customize demo flows based on industry, client profile, and marketplace use-case.
  • Build and maintain demo environments with realistic data for presentations.
  • Lead client onboarding sessions, workflow setup, and product training.
  • Understand client requirements and map them to Marketcube’s product features.
  • Create client-facing product documentation, demo scripts, and training materials.
  • Provide product-related clarity during enterprise client meetings with the COO.
  • Collaborate with Product & Engineering teams for feedback and feature requests.
  • Assist the support team with product knowledge to reduce escalations.
  • Document all demo, onboarding, and training processes.

Requirements : Must-Have

  • Excellent spoken English with a clear, international-style accent.
  • 4–5 years of experience in a similar role (Product Specialist, SaaS Onboarding, Pre-Sales, Solutions Specialist, Customer Enablement, etc.)
  • Strong presentation, communication, and storytelling skills.
  • Understanding of SaaS platforms, eCommerce, marketplaces, or Shopify.
  • Ability to understand workflows, dashboards, APIs, and basic integrations.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to take full ownership of demos.
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Business, or a related field.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or marketplace platforms.
  • Experience creating training materials, walkthroughs, or video tutorials.
  • Familiarity with tools like Stripe, HelpScout, Slack, Google Sheets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A natural ability to simplify complex concepts.
