    Position Overview:
   
  The Product Specialist promotes NCH’s healthcare portfolio by building trusted scientific partnerships with healthcare professionals and ensuring ethical and evidence-based product promotion. The role combines scientific expertise with commercial acumen to achieve effective brand positioning, full compliance with UAE regulations, and alignment with company standards.
 
  In addition to daily field activities, the Product Specialist contributes to product launch readiness, clinical and real-world evidence initiatives, and internal capability building through mentoring and collaboration with Medical, Marketing, and Regulatory teams. The role also uses both in-person and digital engagement channels to enhance reach, maintain consistent communication, and strengthen the quality of scientific dialogue.
 
    Responsibilities:
   
   Territory Management and Sales Planning
  
- 
   Develop and execute a territory plan aligned with brand and business objectives.
  
- 
   Prepare structured call plans ensuring effective frequency, reach, and quality of healthcare professional visits.
  
- 
   Record all field activities in the CRM system accurately and on time.
  
- 
   Monitor sales, activity KPIs, and market coverage, recommending corrective actions where needed.
  
   Scientific Promotion and Customer Engagement
  
- 
   Deliver accurate, evidence-based, and approved product information to healthcare professionals through structured detailing and presentations.
  
- 
   Conduct scientific discussions that enhance understanding of product benefits and therapeutic value.
  
- 
   Support disease awareness and patient education initiatives in collaboration with Marketing and Medical Affairs.
  
- 
   Engage with healthcare professionals through both face-to-face and digital channels, including virtual detailing, webinars, and remote meetings, ensuring consistent scientific messaging and compliance.
  
- 
   Ensure all promotional activities comply with MOHAP, DHA, and company's ethical standards.
  
   Relationship Management and KOL Development
  
- 
   Build and sustain professional, trust-based relationships with key opinion leaders, prescribers, and pharmacists.
  
- 
   Identify and engage emerging healthcare influencers within assigned therapeutic areas.
  
- 
   Act as a reliable partner for scientific exchange and an ambassador of NCH and dedicated brand values in the field.
  
- 
   Provide structured feedback and actionable insights from stakeholder interactions to internal teams.
  
- 
   Engage with healthcare professionals through both face-to-face and digital channels, including virtual detailing, webinars, and remote meetings, ensuring consistent scientific messaging and compliance.
  
   Market Intelligence and Data Reporting
  
- 
   Track competitor activities, prescribing trends, and customer behaviour to identify opportunities and risks.
  
- 
   Gather and communicate field insights to the Brand Manager, Medical Affairs, and cross-functional teams.
  
- 
   Use CRM and analytics tools to evaluate performance, pipeline progress, and business impact.
  
- 
   Support product pre-launch and launch readiness activities, including mapping of early adopters, stakeholder engagement plans, and feedback on promotional materials and training needs.
  
   Events, Training, and Professional Education
  
- 
   Represent NCH at scientific congresses, professional meetings, and educational events.
  
- 
   Support the organisation and execution of medical education activities, workshops, and round tables.
  
- 
   Engage in continuous learning to maintain scientific expertise, sales skills, and market awareness.
  
- 
   Provide internal training and mentoring to field colleagues, sharing product knowledge, scientific updates, and best practices to strengthen team capability.
  
   Cross-Functional Collaboration and Compliance
  
- 
   Collaborate with Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, and Medical Affairs to ensure aligned, compliant communication.
  
- 
   Participate in cross-functional projects that enhance portfolio visibility and customer experience.
  
-

    Qualifications:
   
   Education & Experience
  
- 
   Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related scientific field; a postgraduate qualification in Business or Life Sciences is an advantage.
  
- 
   4 to 6 years of experience in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or healthcare sales within the GCC, preferably with exposure to hospital or specialty care settings.
  
- 
   Proven track record of achieving sales objectives and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
  
- 
   Demonstrated understanding of territory management, customer segmentation, and account planning.
  
- 
   Valid UAE driving licence and readiness to travel within the assigned region..
  
   Technical & Functional Skills
  
- 
   Strong knowledge of therapeutic concepts and ability to communicate complex scientific data clearly and accurately.
  
- 
   Proficiency in CRM platforms for call planning, pipeline management, and activity reporting.
  
- 
   Capability to analyse market data, interpret trends, and identify actionable opportunities.
  
- 
   Competence in preparing and delivering professional scientific presentations and digital engagements.

   Solid understanding of UAE regulatory and compliance requirements governing pharmaceutical promotion.
