We’re Hiring: Production & Chocolate Expert

We are a growing FMCG company based in Lahore, Pakistan, expanding our confectionery and biscuit product lines. We are looking for an experienced professional who can lead production operations and provide hands-on expertise in chocolate manufacturing.

Location: Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan

Job Type: Full-time

Workplace: On-site

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end production processes for chocolate and confectionery products

• Oversee production lines, output efficiency, and quality standards

• Handle chocolate processing, production flow, and operational troubleshooting

• Coordinate with quality, packaging, and production teams

• Ensure hygiene, food safety, and compliance standards are maintained

• Support production optimization for scalability and cost efficiency

Requirements :

• 5–10 years of relevant experience in FMCG or food manufacturing

• Hands-on experience in chocolate production and factory operations

• Experience in leading confectionery / biscuit / chocolate companies in Pakistan is highly preferred, especially:

• Strong knowledge of production lines, chocolate handling, and manufacturing processes

• Ability to manage production independently

• Candidates with direct competitor factory experience will be preferred
