Position Overview
The Production Coordinator for Creative Services (Post-Production) is a key member of the post-production team, responsible for managing workflows, schedules, and communications to ensure the successful delivery of creative assets. This role emphasizes post-production processes, including asset quality control (IQC), digital data management (Data IO), and coordination between internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
Post-Production Coordination
- Oversee and track post-production workflows, including editing, visual effects, sound design, and localization (subtitling, dubbing).
- Maintain organized records, files, and documents related to post-production projects.
- Coordinate and manage post-production schedules, timelines, and deadlines to ensure timely delivery.
- Liaise between post-production teams, vendors, clients, and stakeholders to facilitate clear communication and resolve issues.
- Assist with budget tracking, expense reporting, and cost management for post-production activities.
- Troubleshoot workflow issues, resolve conflicts, and find creative solutions to post-production challenges.
Incoming Asset QC (IQC)
- Receive, log, and inspect incoming creative assets (video, audio, graphics, subtitles, etc.) for quality and compliance with technical specifications.
- Perform initial quality control checks to identify technical issues, missing elements, or non-conformities.
- Communicate asset issues to relevant teams and facilitate timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of asset QC status and feedback.
Data Incoming/Outgoing (Data IO)
- Manage the secure transfer, tracking, and organization of digital files and data between internal teams, clients, and vendors.
- Ensure all incoming and outgoing data meets the required specifications and is delivered on schedule.
- Maintain logs and documentation for all data transactions.
- Troubleshoot data transfer issues and coordinate with IT or technical teams as needed.
Production-Specific Tasks
- Support pre-production activities as needed, such as location scouting, casting, and crew assembly.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure smooth execution and handoff to post-production.
- Assist with final delivery of assets to clients, including QC and data management.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 1–2 years of experience in post-production coordination preferred.
- Experience in localization (subtitling, dubbing) is preferred.
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time management.

- Experience in the media industry and post-production workflows.
