We are currently seeking a Production Engineer to join our dynamic Production team in Faisalabad, Pakistan.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
• Preferably with knowledge of lean manufacturing tools such as Kaizen, 5S, and TPM
• Minimum 4–6 years of relevant production/manufacturing experience
• Strong understanding of production processes, quality, and HSE standards
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Living in or willing to relocate to Faisalabad
• Certifications in ISO 9001 (QMS) or related quality and process improvement standards will be an added advantage.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Execute and monitor production plans and ensure accurate system reporting (SAP)
• Analyze production data and take corrective actions to improve efficiency and performance
• Coordinate with QA, Maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Monitor and report on waste, raw material consumption, and process performance
• Support new product trials, R&D activities, and production line improvements
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies, PPE usage, and legal requirements
• Lead and train production teams and ensure adherence to process standards and continuous improvement
• Initiate and follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Contribute to cost optimization, quality improvement, and operational excellence initiatives
• Minimize production costs and operational losses
