Position Overview:

Gourmet Foods is looking for a dynamic, skilled, and proactive Production Executive to join our fast-paced FMCG manufacturing team. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless production operations, maintaining top-quality standards, and enforcing strict food safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily production activities in line with SOPs

Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety standards

Assist in new product development and continuous process improvement

Maintain strict adherence to food safety and quality guidelines

Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve production targets

Skills & Knowledge:

Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving abilities

Sound knowledge of production planning and process optimization

Understanding of quality control, HACCP, and food safety standards

Ability to meet production targets while maintaining operational excellence

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s in Food Sciences

Age: 25 to 30 years

Experience: 4 to 5 years ( Preferred FMCG Sector)

Gender: Male/Female Both

Solid understanding of food production processes, quality assurance, and safety protocols
