Production Executive – Production (Pharmaceutical Sector)

Location: Site Area, Karachi

Human Capital HR Solutions is hiring for one of its prestigious clients in the Pharmaceutical sector. We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Production Executive – Production to support manufacturing excellence, ensure compliant production execution, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

About the Role:

The Production Executive will play a critical role in managing production execution processes, ensuring adherence to quality and regulatory standards, and supporting operational efficiency across manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support governance of Production Execution within the Plan-to-Product framework
• Define, document, and standardize production process flows, roles, and responsibilities
• Monitor master data quality, maintenance, and compliance
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, GMP, and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate internal and external audits and maintain documentation updates
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to harmonize processes across sites
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvement
• Support TPM, RCA, Equipment Ownership, and other CI initiatives
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence
• Coach and mentor team members to enhance technical capability and performance
• Monitor KPIs and drive corrective and preventive actions

Requirements:

• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm-D) or equivalent degree
• 2–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, production execution, or process improvement
• Strong understanding of safety, quality, and manufacturing standards
• Experience with TPM and continuous improvement methodologies
• Familiarity with digital tools and production execution systems
• Strong analytical, decision-making, project, and change management skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
