Production Incharge/Foreman

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Incharge to oversee daily manufacturing operations and ensure efficient production processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing production lines, manpower planning, quality control, and meeting production targets.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all production activities and operations.
• Ensure timely execution of production schedules and achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.
• Monitor the production process and adjust schedules as needed.
• Maintain optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.
• Enforce safety and quality standards throughout the production process.
• Identify and resolve any production-related issues to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate production reports and documentation.
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and logistics departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Train and guide production staff to enhance productivity and skills.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Production Supervisor/Incharge in a manufacturing setup.
• Strong understanding of production planning, quality control, and process optimization.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic production management software.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
