Job Identification

We are looking for a Production Lead to be part of our Supply Chain team in Rahim Yar Khan.


What We Expect

  • Contribute to the annual business plan in forecasting raw materials, overheads, and KPI’s.
  • Design and implement modifications at plant. Ensure effective and timely utilization of CAPEX.
  • Ensure timely data entry for Z-Shift, production and component in SAP. Follow standard practice of maintenance module in SAP
  • While managing relevant production and maintenance engineers, additionally, he may be required to work directly as production engineer at one of the assigned lines.
  • Look after efficiency of relevant lines and utilities.
  • Raw material yields are controlled within given targets. Tracking and controlling other major materials like, diesel, natural gas, consumables, oils and lubricants.
  • Monitoring and adherence to production, quality, safety and environmental KPI’s.
  • Prepare and maintain production reports
  • Training and monitoring of line staff to adhere GMP requirements.
  • To monitor, improve and report raw material, packaging material, auxiliary material usage efficiency. In the same way, close monitoring of all KPIs designated as operation targets in the CCI system (SAP PM, SAP PP, BW)
  • To manage the preventive and preventive maintenance programs via the SAP PM module in order to stay above the line efficiency targets in the production lines, ensure and monitor the necessary safety stocks in the spare parts follow-up program
  • Provide time to time guidelines to shift engineers, shift Foremen and production operators.
  • Ensure that records of failures/stops for machines are kept, search for reasons and develop suggestions/projects to prevent their repetition
  • Keep the machine spare parts at sufficient required inventory such that breakdown times are significantly reduced.
  • Perform and impose maintenance activities on planned periods and according to TPM plans.
  • Ensure Multitasking of operational staff, within lines and across different lines and areas.
  • Minimize the overtime to attain zero level.
