Job Description – Production Line Worker

• Operate machinery and equipment used in the battery production process.
• Assemble battery components according to standard operating procedures.
• Monitor production line to ensure smooth workflow and timely output.
• Inspect products at various stages to maintain quality and identify defects.
• Follow safety guidelines and use protective equipment while handling materials and chemicals.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Report equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or production issues to the supervisor.
• Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and production targets.
• Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting of machines as instructed.
• Assist in loading, unloading, and moving raw materials and finished goods.
• Accurately record production data, material usage, and completed units.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Participate in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge of the manufacturing process.

Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Technology fields (mandatory).
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment will be preferred.
• Ability to work with machinery, tools, and safety equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in shifts and meet production deadlines.
• Team player with good communication and problem-solving skills
