Production Manager

Q&N Flavors - a Food Brand of Dreamworld Resort, Hotel & Golf Course - is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead the production of our food products. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Condiments, Pulping, and Brine Categories of Q&N Flavors.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and supervise end-to-end production processes.

* Ensure smooth operations in the Condiments, Pulping, and Brine sections.

* Maintain production quality standards, hygine and ensure timely fulfillment of commitments.

* Optimize production efficiency and resource utilization.

Requirements:

* Experience: Minimum 8–10 years in the same capacity within FMCG food manufacturing.

* Education: Bachelor / Master’s degree in Related field. Food Technologist with Production Management Experience will be preferred.

* Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

* Proven ability to manage multiple production lines and meet deadlines.
