Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee daily operations of our canning line, sealing line, and autoclave systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in food processing, strong leadership skills, and the ability to ensure production efficiency while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise production activities across the canning line, sealing line, autoclave operations, Branding, Packaging and Quality Control.
• Develop and implement production schedules to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards (HACCP, ISO, GMP).
• Monitor machine performance and coordinate with the maintenance team to minimize downtime.
• Train, guide, and supervise production staff to achieve operational excellence.
• Control and optimize production costs, material usage, and labor efficiency.
• Maintain accurate production records and generate performance reports.
• Ensure adherence to workplace safety standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, and R&D teams for smooth production flow.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of experience in food manufacturing, with strong knowledge of canning line, sealing line, and autoclave operations.
• Proven track record of managing production in the pet food or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry preferred.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent knowledge of production planning, process optimization, and safety compliance.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
