Production Manager

Floorworld LLC is the leading flooring company in the Middle East, specializing in the supply and installation of premium wooden, vinyl, and laminate flooring solutions. We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee the daily operations of our flooring production facility. The ideal candidate will ensure that all flooring products — including engineered wood, parquet, and specialty finishes — are produced efficiently, within schedule, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, exceptional leadership ability, and a passion for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee daily production activities to achieve output targets.

• Develop and manage production schedules in coordination with sales, estimation, and installation teams.

• Supervise the operation of coating, sanding, and finishing lines (e.g., UV, Rubio, Bona).

• Maintain strict quality control standards for color, finish, and product consistency.

• Monitor material usage and wastage; coordinate with procurement for replenishment.

• Lead, train, and motivate production supervisors, line leaders, and operators.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

• Work closely with the QC and dispatch departments to meet project deadlines.

• Analyze performance metrics (output, rejection rate, downtime) and implement improvements.

• Ensure all production records are accurately maintained in ERP/WMS systems.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in production management within the flooring, joinery, or coatings industry.

• Proven knowledge of finishing materials such as oils, stains and UV lacquers.

• Strong technical understanding of sanding, coating, and drying processes.

• Proficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite experience preferred).

• Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
