Production Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee manufacturing operations in our mechanical industry unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling production processes to ensure high-quality output, efficient resource use, and timely order completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and manage daily production activities to meet targets.
• Supervise production staff and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Monitor machine performance, maintenance schedules, and equipment efficiency.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and quality departments for smooth operations.
• Implement continuous improvement strategies to optimize productivity and reduce waste.
• Prepare and manage production reports, budgets, and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with ISO, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Train and guide team members to improve technical and operational skills.
• Identify production issues and provide timely solutions.
• Oversee inventory levels of raw materials and finished products.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in production or manufacturing management.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, machinery, and production planning.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, quality control, and process optimization.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
