Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Production Manager to oversee daily production operations, ensure smooth workflow, maintain quality standards, and meet production targets.

The ideal candidate will have strong production planning skills and the ability to manage teams efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily production activities and workflow
• Plan and control production schedules to meet deadlines
• Supervise machine operators and production staff
• Ensure product quality standards are maintained
• Monitor raw material usage and control wastage
• Coordinate with procurement and warehouse departments
• Oversee machine maintenance coordination
• Prepare daily and monthly production reports
• Maintain workplace safety, discipline, and compliance

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant production experience
• Experience in paper industry or printing press will be an advantage
• Strong knowledge of production planning and scheduling
• Leadership and team management skills
• Good problem-solving abilities
• Basic reporting and documentation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
