We’re Hiring: Production Manager | UTM Pvt Ltd

UTM Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Production Manager with a strong and proven background in the chemical industry to lead our production team and ensure top-quality operations. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise in chemical manufacturing, process optimization, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all production activities, ensuring efficiency and quality standards
• Plan, schedule, and monitor production processes to meet targets and deadlines
• Implement and maintain safety, quality, and compliance standards in chemical production
• Supervise and mentor production staff, fostering a high-performance team
• Collaborate with procurement, quality assurance, and warehouse teams for smooth operations
• Maintain accurate production records, reports, and KPIs for continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Education: BE in Chemical/Industrial Engineering, BS Chemical, or MSc Chemistry
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in production management within the chemical industry
• Strong expertise in chemical processes, production planning, and quality control
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Proficient in production management software and MS Office
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational abilities
