Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager with a background in Flexographic and Offset Printing to oversee daily production operations and manage the production team. The ideal candidate will ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved while maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities for Flexo and Offset printing operations.
• Manage and lead the production team to achieve productivity and quality targets.
• Monitor machine performance and coordinate with maintenance personnel to minimize downtime.
• Ensure production schedules are followed and customer delivery deadlines are met.
• Implement quality control procedures and maintain high printing standards.
• Monitor material consumption and reduce production waste.
• Coordinate with the sales, design, and logistics departments to ensure smooth workflow.
• Train, motivate, and evaluate production staff.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Prepare production reports and provide regular updates to management.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Production Manager or similar role in the printing industry.
• Hands-on knowledge of Flexographic Printing Machines and Offset Printing Machines.
• Experience managing and supervising production teams.
• Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in production planning and quality management.

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR15,000.00 per month
