Production Manager – Food Technology (R&D / Sauces / Mayonnaise / Jams)

We are a growing FMCG food manufacturing company, specializing in sauces, jams, mayonnaise, and other innovative food products. To strengthen our production team, we are seeking an experienced and creative Production Manager with expertise in Food Technology and Recipe Development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage daily production operations of sauces, jams, mayonnaise, and related food products.
• Develop, test, and improve recipes, formulations, and processes (R&D).
• Ensure quality control, hygiene, and food safety standards are maintained at all stages of production.
• Monitor production efficiency, minimize wastage, and optimize resources.
• Supervise production staff and ensure compliance with company SOPs.
• Collaborate with the product development team for new product launches.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or related field.
• Proven experience in recipe development, formulations, and production of sauces, jams, mayonnaise, or other processed foods.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, HACCP, and quality assurance practices.
• Ability to lead a team, solve problems, and manage production targets.
• Creative mindset with hands-on R&D and product improvement skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs180,000.00 per month
