Location: Lahore – Incotec Industries

Experience: 2–3 Years

Qualification: Mechanical Engineer preferred; candidates with relevant production experience may also apply

Job Description:

We are looking for a competent and proactive Production Manager/Incharge to oversee our production floor operations. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the complete production cycle—from raw materials to the finished product—ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely output.

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise and manage the production floor on a daily basis

• Ensure smooth workflow from raw material intake to final product dispatch
• Monitor production processes, optimize efficiency, and reduce downtime
• Coordinate with relevant departments to meet production targets
• Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with company policies
• Prepare and maintain production reports

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of relevant production management experience
• Mechanical Engineering degree preferred; other qualifications with strong production experience are welcome to apply
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage teams and work in a fast-paced environment
