Production Manager- Joinery

• Oversee daily production operations and workflow in the joinery factory.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all manufacturing activities.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and timely delivery of projects.
• Manage inventory, procurement of raw materials, and resource allocation.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate factory staff for optimal performance.
• Implement safety, health, and environmental standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and clients as needed.
• Identify process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Factory Manager in joinery, woodworking, or related manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of production planning, quality control, and health & safety regulations.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1.00 per month
