Production Manager - Printing & Packaging

· Plan and manage production schedules to meet deadlines.

· Oversee the printing and packaging process to ensure efficiency and quality.

· Lead and train the production team.

· Ensure machines are maintained and running smoothly.

· Monitor materials, and inventory.

· Maintain quality standards and resolve production issues.

· Ensure workplace safety and compliance with regulations.

Qualifications:

· DAE degree in Printing and Graphic Arts

· Minimum 5 to 8 years of Experience in printing, packaging, or manufacturing.

· Knowledge of printing techniques (offset, digital, etc.) and packaging processes.

· Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with Management and team members.

· Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to printing and production.
