Job Summary:

The Golden Keystone Group is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Packaging Designer to create innovative and functional packaging solutions for a wide range of products. A strong understanding of design principles, printing processes, and precise measurement techniques is essential. This role will be responsible for designing packaging, including boxes, cartons, and labels, ensuring accurate dimensions and margins for seamless printing and cutting.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop creative and visually appealing packaging solutions for various product lines within the Golden Keystone Group.
• Create accurate and precise designs, paying close attention to dimensions, margins, and die-lines to ensure perfect printing and cutting.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure designs are technically feasible and meet production requirements.
• Prepare print-ready files, ensuring proper color management and file formats.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest packaging trends, materials, and printing technologies.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Manage Print ready Files

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in packaging design, with a portfolio showcasing a range of packaging solutions.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, CorelDRAW).
• Essential: Deep understanding of printing processes, including offset, digital, and flexographic printing.
• Critical: Expertise in setting margins, die-lines, and ensuring accurate measurements for precise cutting and folding.
• Strong understanding of packaging materials (e.g., paperboard, corrugated board, plastics) and their properties.
