Production Manager/Fabricator Manager

We specialize in delivering high-quality structural steel projects for the commercial, industrial, and infrastructure sectors. We are seeking an experienced and motivated production/fabricator manager to lead our production team and ensure our projects are delivered with excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire structural steel production process from fabrication to delivery
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily operations to meet project deadlines
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and industry standards
• Manage production staff, providing leadership, training, and development
• Monitor resource needs (labor, materials, equipment) and optimize usage
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure smooth workflows
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in efficiency and quality

Requirements:

• 10+ years’ experience in structural steel fabrication and production management
• Strong knowledge of structural steel fabrication processes, welding standards, and safety regulations
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams
• Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and specifications
• Excellent problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills

Relevant qualifications in Engineering, Fabrication, or related field
